Laureen Wishom, Ph.D.

A seasoned, global solution-focused, multi-faceted inclusive leader, facilitator and coach. Highly versatile with the ability to oversee and accelerate multiple projects coupled with fifteen years of combined leadership and operations management experience in the government, corporate, business and non-profit sectors. Expertise includes training and development, leadership development, conflict resolution, mediation, change management, and active communication and listening skills. Background includes developing cultural competencies, managing and implementing best/next practices in diversity, inclusion and equity.

Gerald A. Turner, Ph.D.

Versatile, highly accomplished senior executive with more than 35 years of experience in executive and general management, management consulting, enterprise transformation, corporate performance management, strategy formulation and implementation, business development and high-impact solutions delivery. Demonstrated executive leadership and operations management experience with major Fortune 500 companies and global consulting experience with several former

Big-5 management-consulting firms. Developed and delivered sustainable, high-impact, business solutions for domestic and international clients in 80 countries on 6 continents. United States Navy military veteran, Visiting Professor and Guest Lecturer in Executive MBA and MBA programs throughout the US and abroad.

Christine Glasco, M.A.

Management and operations leader with Fortune 500 corporations, university and HR consulting company experience. An acknowledged training and development facilitator, experienced in training strategy, needs assessment, program design, delivery and assessing training impacts on organizational goals. Specialties include identifying training program solutions that provide a fully integrated culture- focused offering. Possesses a training program design and facilitation background in leadership development and agility; building effective teams; managing conflict; problem solving/making strategic decisions; employee development, and change management expertise. Experienced in delivering executive coaching, a wide variety of talent acquisition/development programs and next gen team effectiveness/multi-cultural awareness programs. Created and delivered numerous development programs in the United States, Puerto Rico, Italy and Switzerland.

Barbara Manousso, Ph.D.

Certified mediator, arbitrator, facilitator, negotiator, and ombudsman with over 3,000 hours of training, teaching, and 20+ years as a sought-after conflict resolution and arbitration expert. Comprehensive background and experience in intercultural and multicultural communication.

Named as President of the Association of Conflict Resolution Houston Chapter (ACR) and serves on the ACR Public Policy Board.  Heads a thriving mediation and arbitration certification training practice.  Holds an Editorial Advisory Board position with the ACResolution Magazine, and serves as co-chair of the Association of Conflict Resolution Health Care Section.

Greg Shelley, B.A.

United States Air Force veteran responsible for overseeing the ongoing training and development of fellow airmen (Squadron Training NCO). Long-term care ombudsman certified in mediation and Mental Health First Aid with extensive experience in problem solving, conflict resolution and community outreach. Diverse background includes over 35 years of professional development, including more than 20 years as a mentor and trainer and over 15 years of business management. Expertise includes staff and volunteer recruitment and development, customer service, and problem analysis and resolution. Provided hundreds of consultations and created and delivered many educational presentations to a variety of audiences.
